Single and double pre-insulated heating pipe

Highly flexible pre-insulated piping systems, capable of combining supply and return pipes in the same sheath. They are primarily intended for the transport of heated water or any other heat transfer medium in underground distribution networks.

Cross-linked PE-Xa pipes with an oxygen diffusion barrier are orange for the supply pipe and blue for the return pipe. The colour coding facilitates pipe identification during installation, even with heat-shrinkable caps installed.

The multi-layer thermal insulation consists of cross-linked microcellular PE-X foam with a closed-cell, water-repellent structure, characterized by its long-lasting, non-aging insulation performance and its permanent elasticity, thus maximizing the thickness of the insulation layer even after repeated bending.

The high-quality double-walled corrugated HDPE sleeve protects the pre-insulated pipe system against mechanical impacts and moisture, while maintaining maximum flexibility.
